Initial Review Periods, Further Review Periods and Voting Deadlines for Purposes of DC Meeting Statements – Americas DC

On August 17, 2012, the DC Rules were amended to allow for statements to be published following DC meetings, describing the issue(s) considered during the meeting, the resolution of those issue(s) (if any) and the next steps of the relevant DC (“DC Meeting Statements”).  On August 8, 2012 the Americas DC agreed to the following Initial Review Period, Further Review Period and Voting Deadline for purposes of such DC Meeting Statements:

Initial Review Period: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Further Review Periods: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All times are New York time. 

 

Voting Deadlines: Time vote request sent to DC members	Voting Deadline
During the first hour of an Initial Review Period	End of the Initial Review Period
During an Initial Review Period or a Further Review Period that begins after 12:00 noon but after the first hour	9:00 a.m. on the next Relevant City Business Day
During the first hour of a Further Review Period	End of the Further Review Period
During a Further Review Period that begins before 12:00 noon but after the first hour	4:00 p.m. on the same day.
