Update (August 20): The DC is continuing its research to Resolve the challenge received in respect of ISINs ARARGE03E659 and ARARGE03E667. The challenge is based on whether those two bonds meet the additional requirements for Deliverable Obligations for the Argentine Republic that are contained in the Additional Provisions for the Argentine Republic: Excluded Obligations and Excluded Deliverable Obligations (published on December 21, 2005).

August 19, 2014: The Determinations Committee has discussed the challenge received to ISINs ARARGE03E667 and ARARGE03E659. In light of the deadline to submit Customer Physical Settlement Requests for an Auction on Thursday August 21, the DC will delay the Auction Date for the Argentine Republic CDS Auction. Due to the US Labor Day holiday, the DC anticipates a revised Auction Date after September 2.

Update (August 18): ISDA has received a challenge under Section 3.3(d) of the DC Rules in respect of two bonds on the Supplemental List for the Argentine Republic CDS Auction (ISINs ARARGE03E667 and ARARGE03E659). The Final List of Deliverable Obligations for the Argentine Republic CDS Auction will therefore not be published until this challenge has been Resolved by the DC in accordance with Section 3.3(e) of the DC Rules.

At this time ISDA has received a request to add the following bond to the Supplemental List: ARARGE03E659. The deadline for submitting any additional bonds to the Supplemental List is 5pm New York time on Friday August 15.
