Effective 9 August 2015, Altice N.V. merged with Altice S.A. and consequently the latter entity ceased to exist. The shareholders\' meeting approving this merger also approved the transfer of substantially all assets and liabilities of Altice S.A. to its wholly-owned subsidiary Altice Luxembourg S.A., a public limited liability company.
