CVS has acquired OCR.
Exchanges the two bonds of OCR into new CVS bonds here: http://www.cvshealth.com/content/cvs-health-corporation-announces-results-date-exchange-offers-and-consent-solicitations-0
It is my understanding that there is no other debt left at OCR and that OCR is not a guarantor or obligor of the new CVS bonds.
Is this a succession event for the OCR CDS into CVS CDS?
