Event Publicly Available Information:
In connection with a merger, Level 3 Parent, LLC became the Universal Successor to Level 3 Communications, Inc. Following the merger Level 3 Communications, Inc. ceased to exist. In connection with the merger, WWG Merger Sub LLC (n/k/a Level 3 Parent, LLC) assumed all the obligations of Level 3 Communications, Inc. In addition, WWG MERGER SUB LLC (n/k/a Level 3 Parent, LLC) and the Merrill Lynch Capital Corporation entered into an Assumption Agreement pursuant to which WWG MERGER SUB LLC expressly assumed all of the Level 3 Communications, Inc. obligations under the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement.
