Event Publicly Available Information:
Agrium Inc. (“Agrium”)and Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (“Potash”) merged into a new company, Nutrien Ltd. (“Nutrien”) on January 1, 2018. Agrium and Potash are wholly owned subsidiaries of Nutrien. In April 2018 Agrium completed an exchange offer which involved exchanging outstanding Agrium debt for debt in Nutrien. The final results were published on April 6, 2018. The Nutrien Notes were issued on April 10, 2018.
