Event Publicly Available Information:
1.) In connection with a recently completed exchange offer, the reference entity succeeded to the Walt Disney Company (formerly known as TWDC Holdco 613 Corp.) (the "New Disney Entity")
2.) The New Disney Entity is not the reference entity for existing Disney CDS. Existing Disney CDS was written on TWDC Enterprises 18 Corp. (formerly known as the Walt Disney Company) (the "Old Disney Entity"), so in addition to the successor question posed by point 1 above, we also request the DC refer/submit the name change posed by this point 2 to Markit.
