| Closed | EMEA DC Meeting Statement - 12 April 2022 The EMEA DC considered the DC Question in respect of CNH Industrial N.V. (CNH) in respect of 2014 Transactions. The EMEA DC noted that CNH underwent a Dutch law statutory demerger process taking effect on 1 January 2022, by which it demerged Iveco Group N.V. (Iveco). The EMEA DC noted that none of the public information submitted in relation to the DC Question suggested that Relevant Obligations had been transferred to Iveco as part of the demerger. Accordingly, for the purposes of the 2014 Transactions and on the basis of an analysis of Eligible Information, the EMEA DC concluded that there was no Successor to CNH and CNH remains the Reference Entity. | |
