  The Americas DC notes that DO Documentation, as defined in Section 3.3 of the DC rules, has not been submitted to the DC Secretary for the following obligations:
  (1) 6.50% 2024 Senior Unsecured Notes (CUSIPs: 87422VAC2; AO6090697); and
  (2) 7.00% 2027 Senior Unsecured Notes (CUSIP: 87422VAD0).
  Market participants who wish to include these obligations on the Final List should provide DO Documentation for such obligations to the DC Secretary. If sufficient DO documentation is received prior to 5pm (EST) on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, these obligations will be included on the Final List, subject to resolution of any challenges. If sufficient DO documentation has been received by such deadline, the DC Secretary will publish a notification on the DC Website page for the Talen Energy Supply, LLC Credit Event and the Americas DC will extend the challenge submission deadline to Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 5pm.
