| Closed | Americas DC Statement August 14, 2023: With effect from October 1, 2022, Capital One Bank (USA), National Association (COBNA), a national banking association, merged into Capital One, National Association (CONA), a national banking association, and COBNA ceased to exist. After discussion with Capital One investor relations, the Americas DC concluded that COBNA had at least one Relevant Obligation outstanding at the time of the merger, and all obligations of COBNA were ultimately assumed by CONA, the surviving entity of the merger. Accordingly, the Americas DC Resolved that CONA was the Universal Successor to COBNA under the 2014 Definitions, and that October 1, 2022 was the Succession Date for purposes of the 2014 Definitions. | |
