Dear Ladies and Sirs,
on the 6th of January 2020 Brasil based Natura Cosmeticos S.A. announced the acquisition of Avon Products Inc. to be completed. Both companies will merge to a new group. the shares of Avon Products Inc. are delisted from trade due to the merger.
As there is debt as well as cds outstanding on Avon Products Inc. I ask the DC to discuss the question, whether a succession event has occurred. Will the cds on Avon Products Inc. remain in place or will there be a new contract referring to the merged companies. Hence, there is no cds on Natura Cosmeticos S.A. outstanding.
