On page 25 of Boeing Capital Corp.\'s 10 K filing (per December 31, 2012) the following statement can be found:
Debt Guarantees
On January 23, 2013, Boeing entered into guarantees with Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas on behalf
of the holders of BCC’s outstanding debt securities issued under (i) an indenture dated as of April 15, 1987 and
supplemented as of June 12, 1995 and (ii) an indenture dated as of August 31, 2000 (collectively, the
“Guarantees”). The Guarantees provide for the full and unconditional guarantee of all the outstanding publicly
issued debt securities of BCC.
Does this qualify as a Succession Event where \"The Boeing Company\" is the sole Successor?
