The DC members agreed to defer resolution of the issue pending further clarification of the Relevant Obligations transferred in Cigna Corporation’s next Form 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. For the avoidance of doubt, this deferral does not preclude the ability of the Americas DC to reconvene and make a determination in respect of this issue if new facts become available, or other relevant events occur, prior to Cigna Corporation’s 10-K filing.
