Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) entered into amendments to its credit facilities and certain other financing arrangements pursuant to which, on April 3, 2017, following consummation of the Merger, CSC was replaced with DXC Technology Company as borrower, issuer or guarantor, as the case may be, under such credit facilities and other financing arrangements.
