JSC Alliance Bank failed to make a payment of interest on various notes outstanding (Discount Notes, Part Notes and Subordinated Notes). The Interest Payment Date was March 25, 2014 (6(a) of the Terms and Conditions of the Discount Dollar Notes; these terms are similar across series of notes). The grace period has expired (11(a) of the Terms and Conditions of the Discount Dollar Notes). The Terms and Conditions referred to above are set forth in Schedule 4 to the Trust Deed dated 25 March 2010 by and between JSC Alliance Bank and BNY Corporate Trustee Services Limited.
