“Rome (Italy), 28 October 2024 - Further to the statement issued on 24 October, 2024, Lottomatica Group S.p.A. (“Lottomatica Group”) and Lottomatica S.p.A. (“Lottomatica”) hereby announce that on 25 October, 2024 the deed of merger by incorporation of Lottomatica into Lottomatica Group (the “Merger”) has been registered in the Companies Register of Rome. The Merger will therefore be effective as of 1 November 2024 (included) (the “Legal Effective Date”).”
