In November 2024, New Fortress Energy Inc. exchanged $875mm of its 6.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2025, $990mm of its 6.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2026, and $514mm of its 8.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 for approximately $2.4 billion of 12.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 issued by NFE Financing LLC (not including amounts issued for new funds). This exchange resulted in NFE Financing LLC assuming more than 25% of New Fortress Energy Inc.’s debt at the time of the transaction.
