DC Decision 03032015
March 3, 2015: The DC considered whether it should Resolve the Outstanding Principal Balance of the RadioShack Corporation Deliverable Obligation pursuant to Section 3.3(h) of the DC Rules. The DC did not feel it was necessary to do so in this case and noted that it had not received any requests from market participants to Resolve an Outstanding Principal Balance for such bond.

The DC has agreed to amend the Auction Settlement Terms for RadioShack to cover transactions under the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions (“2003 Transactions”) as well as those under the 2014 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions. Whilst this change has been made for RadioShack, future Auction Settlement Terms will not necessarily cover 2003 Transactions.

March 2, 2015: The DC met on Monday March 2, 2015 to discuss proposed amendments to the draft RadioShack Auction Settlement Terms, including coverage of transactions governed by the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions and the form of Participating Bidder Letter, and to consider a question regarding the Outstanding Principal Balance of the RadioShack Deliverable Obligation. The DC agreed to vote by email on the changes to the Auction Settlement Terms and to reconvene on Tuesday March 3 to continue discussion on the Outstanding Principal Balance.

February 20, 2015: The DC met on Friday February 20, 2015, to consider proposed amendments to the auction settlement terms to remove representation (b) from the form of Participating Bidder Letter and to update the auction settlement terms for use with the 2014 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions. The DC agreed to reconvene on Monday February 23 to continue discussions on RadioShack.

February 18, 2015: The DC met on Wednesday February 18, 2015, to consider a clarification to the Final List of Deliverable Obligations for Caesars and the RadioShack Auction Settlement Terms. The DC agreed to publish a revised version of the Final List of Caesars with a note regarding bonds that trade with a factor, and to reconvene on Friday February 20 to continue discussions on RadioShack.
