January 28, 2015: Given the significant length of time that has passed since the date on which the Legal Subcommittee of the Japan DC last discussed Issue number 2012010501 on whether a Succession Event occurred in respect of SANYO Electric Co., Ltd., and published their statement of 2 November 2012, as no sufficient public information has been passed to ISDA, as DC Secretary, to enable the DC to fully consider and resolve the issue and the DC has not determined that circumstances require that the event should be further considered, the DC proposes to dismiss this question. If any Eligible Market Participant considers that this event should not be dismissed and the issue should be resolved, please submit a request though the ISDA website (http://www2.isda.org/dc/dcrequest2.asp) by 5:00pm (London time) on Friday 20 February 2015 and include supporting public information to enable the Japan DC to properly consider and resolve the issue.
