It appears that a Failure to Pay Credit Event will occur as of the close of business on April 30, 2009 with respect to Syncora Guarantee Inc. (“SGI”) under the Qualifying Policy issued by it for the Class A Certificates of SunTrust Acquisition Closed-End Seconds Trust, Series 2007-1 (“STACS 2007-1”).
