On January 16, 2015, ISDA’s Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee for the Americas resolved that a Bankruptcy Credit Event occurred in respect of Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. on January 15, 2015. Further documentation relating to this Credit Event and LCDS/LCDX transactions will be added as it becomes available.
